PUNJAB MILK FOODS INC. is looking to hire 1 Warehouse Supervisor to track and schedule coordination and oversee the activities of workers in the production and logistics departments of their dairy-based foods & Sweets manufacturing business. The applicant should have adequate experience to keep the warehouse operations always going.

Wage Rate: $36.75/hour for 37.5 hours a week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Education: Post Secondary education of 2-3 years
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
Job Description:
- Supervise, plan and review work of co-workers engaged in the storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of material, products and services.
- Ensure accurate processing of purchasing transactions and schedule transport crews and loading of products.
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and despatch of order products.
- Lead and support the team of warehouse associates, drivers and build a high-performing work environment
- Manage manufactured products to outbound despatches to ensure accurate and time bound deliveries and efficient flow of material delivery to customers, vendors and wholesale establishments.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate between the production team and the logistics team to ensure all orders are despatched on time.
- Oversee all products are stored in the accurate manner and adequate temperatures.
- Coordinate between the purchasing team and production team to manage inventory of raw material.
- Ensure the packaging labour is accurately geared and following all company procedures of packing and storing.
- Collaborating with other departments like supply chain, production operations and warehouse associates to share insights, solve problems and align on best practices.
Work Environment
- Experience working in a similar position to ensure warehouse operations.
- Shipper/Receiver and inventory check according to production unit requirement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
