Mega International Air Services Inc. is seeking to fill a full-time Permanent Security & Safety Supervisor. A Person with a skill to follow system requirements and oversee policies to ensure safety of our cargo transfers.

Location: Unit # 150- 4840 Miller Road, Richmond. BC
Wage Rate: $20.50/hour, for 36-40 hours/week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Experience: Some supervisory experience is required
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan, oversee and co-ordinate security risk assessments.
· Supervise security of cargo personnel and related teams for safety, process efficiency and consistent application of best safety practices.
· Ensure that all cargo products are distributed to meet or exceed customer specifications, make decisions on acceptability of products to hold or release
· Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
· Establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work related issues, prepare, and submit reports.
· Requisition supplies & materials
· Conduct safety meetings with crew, upholding safety policies & procedures, safety training and follow up items.
· Communicate regularly with personnel to maintain high level of security.
Requirements:
Ø High School
Ø Minimum 1-2 years of experience on a supervisory position
Ø Proactive and self-motivated
